The talk will be based on my review article on science comics in JCOM (“Science comics as tools for science education and communication: a brief, exploratory study”: http://jcom.sissa.it/archive/08/04/Jcom0804%282009%2 9A02/?searchterm=None/) and a review paper on educational medical comics that has been submitted to Anatomical Education Sciences journal.
