China has accelerated Space Exploration since China's reform and open-up, especially in the past decade, China launched many spacecrafts, including manned spacecraft and lunar exploration satellites. More and more Chinese people participated in the science popularization activities .They were invited to visit the launch bases when China's first lunar probe Chang's blasted off. Satellites launch are not longer regarded as confidential military activities but scientific explorations. People read or watch them with full enthusiasm. It is undoubted that big space exploration events provide a good opportunity for sciences popularization. This paper mainly concerns on how the government and the scientists group take the opportunity to carry out science popularization projects. The multiform programs and reports on those exploration activities, broadcasted by mass media, would be compared with each other in this article. It might come to a result that many factors have to be taken into account to carry out space sciences popularization projects. The big space exploration events have long-lasting impacts on sciences popularization and those impacts would be discussed.
