Information technologies and networks have been changing learning ways. How could science centers take advantage of such progresses to better engage the public for their lifelong learning to achieve public science communication? The article proposed "Smart Science Center" (SSC), an intelligent model delivering science and technology information whenever and wherever possible on account of advanced information technologies such as Internet of things, cloud computing, social networks, and living labs etc., to provide customized learning experiences to the public.
