Science Communication is one of mechanisms can due to increasing of Public Understanding of Science. There for, the area of Promotion of Science try to explanation the ways of promoting of Public Understanding of Science. Here, Science Communication doesn't limit to relations between persons in scientific sphere and it includes Science Popularization and communications between different people in order to develop science in society and promote public understanding of science to public have scientific vision and scientific attitude and they have scientific encounter with issues in psychological, personal, social, professional, political and cultural areas and their family life. In this paper, we study existent approaches of science communication and criticize them. Then we suggest the Rigorous approach of Mass Science Communication. In the following we explain how we can use it for promoting of Public Understanding of Science.
