The Dutch Local Organising Committee feels honoured to organise the PCST-2023 in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. The theme is 'Creating Common Ground'.

The conference runs from 12 April 2023 to 14 April, with a pre-conference day on Tuesday 11 April.
